Divine Mercy Sunday: This second Sunday of Easter (April 19, 2020) is a powerful reminder that Jesus is very much alive and working in His Church and in ourlives. The Coronavirus pandemic has awakened within all of us a newfound appreciation for the things that matter most in life: our health, our families and our Catholic Faith. May we choose to trust God and let Him work as he wills in our lives.
In honor of the Feast of Divine Mercy, we are offering drive-thru confessions on Saturday, April 18th, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., and again on Sunday, April 19th, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. in the church parking lot. If it happens to be raining, the priest hearing confessions will be in his car.
Finally, we will be livestreaming on our parish Facebook page
www.facebook.com/SColumkilleCLE/ a Holy Hour of Divine
Mercy this Sunday at 3:00 p.m. We will be praying the chaplet of Divine Mercy and spending time with the Risen Christ fully present in the Most Blessed Sacrament!
